2. Purpose of this Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.

Our website is governed the Distance Selling Act  and acts under these guidelines. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

This policy will apply to any order you place with us either through our website or by phone, it details the procedure taken when You may wish to return a product to us in appropriate circumstances.

This policy is a legally binding document and forms part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms and conditions of sale.

This Refund & Returns Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and Delivery Policy and should be therefore read alongside them.

3. How to return my product ?

If you buy from us either online through our website or by phone, you have 14 days from the point of receipt (not of ordering) to return goods to us at our return address . We will offer either full refund or an exchange.

In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must meet the criteria described below and email us directly at [email protected] or fill out the form in our Contact page and you will be provided with a return authorisation number. Please then send the product to us with a covering note quoting that authorisation number.

You will need to pay for the cost of the return. If we have made a mistake on your order we will cover the cost. We strongly advise sending any return using a tracked service such as DHL eCommerce UK, Parcel2Go or DPD Local. This lets you and us track the item in case it doesn’t arrive.

4. Return Criteria

You are eligible for a refund or exchange without stating stating a reason within 14 days from when you or any appointed third parties receive the product or if several products on one order are delivered separately, from the date the last product was received.

For your return request to be accepted you must meet these criteria

  • You must contact us directly at [email protected] or fill out the form in our Contact page regarding your refund or exchange request within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date (not of ordering).
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Fill out the form sent to you by email when submitting a refund or change request

5. Damaged & Faulty Goods

If the product is defective and it is within the guarantee period shown on the product page & in your order details (the guarantee on the item is calculated from the delivery date), then please contact us at [email protected] quoting the order number and your full name and we will advise you of the next steps.

  • If an item is damaged on delivery to you, you should not sign for the item and the courier will return it to us.
  • If you have signed for an item and then later realise that it has been damaged, please contact us directly at [email protected] or fill out the form in our Contact page and we’ll let you know the next steps.
  • Nartiana will refund any delivery costs, along with the costs of the damaged goods for items which are not being replaced.
  • Any replacement items will be sent at no extra charge.

6. Refund / Exchange Costs and Times ?

We pay the cost of return shipping when :

  • If an item is damaged on delivery to you
  • The product you received doesn’t match the one you ordered e.g. we sent you the wrong product, size or colour

You pay the cost return shipping when :

  • You ordered the wrong product
  • You no longer want the product
  • For any other reasons ( excluding the reason explained above )

It takes us 5 business days to process your refund or exchange starting from the day you fill out sent us the refund form sent to you by email.

The refund will take up to seven (7) days to appear on your original payment method.

The exchange items will be shipped to you based on our delivery period ( from 3 to 7 business days )
